Historic Church Redevelopment Under Review in Roxbury

Historic Boston has submitted plans for the redevelopment of the St. James African Orthodox Church at 50 Cedar St. along with the construction of a new affordable condo building on the church's adjacent lot. The renovated church would feature 8,500 square feet of space while the new construction building would offer 14 condos designated affordable at 80-100% AMI. The buildings would share 13 on-site parking spaces.
