Historic DC Office Property Trades for $323M
PRP Real Estate Investment has acquired the Market Square office complex along Pennsylvania Ave. for $323,000,000. Historic buildings are situated directly between the US Capitol and the White House and surround the Navy Memorial on Pennsylvania Avenue. The two-13-story buildings feature roughly 700,000 square feet of office space along with amenities including a roof deck and fitness center.
