Holtsville Warehouse Acquired for $9.5M
A single-story industrial building, located at 889 Waverly Avenue in Holtsville, NY (Long Island), has just been sold for $9.5 million. It was purchased by Venture One Real Estate from the previous owner, Ninabell Realty LLC, in a deal brokered by Colliers International Group.
The structure is currently used as manufacturing and warehousing space by a full-service fulfillment company, known as Fulfillment Plus. It totals square feet and sits on roughly 4.5 acres of land.
The facility has 6-loading docks, a front office area, and a paved delivery yard with an employee parking area. Ninabell Realty is parting ways with the property after 26 years of ownership, having purchased it in June of 1996.
