Hotel/Condo Development Proposed in Miami
Urban Network Capital has submitted plans for a proposed 21-story hotel/condo in Miami that would include 180 rooms along with 7,290 square feet of retail space. The rooms will be studios, junior suites, two-bedroom suites, three-bedroom suites, and four-bedroom suites ranging from 400 to 2,130 square feet. Amenities include two pools, 121 parking spaces with 24 designated for electric vehicles. The location is north of Margaret Pace Park and south of I-95. The four apartment buildings on the site will be demolished prior to the start of construction. The project will go before the Miami Urban Development Review Board on January 17th.
