Hudson Piers Development Breaks Ground in Yonkers
Developed by Extell Development, Hudson Piers has broken ground in Yonkers. In its totality, the project will encompass 6 7-story buildings with 1400 units from studios to three bedrooms in a mix of market-rate and affordable. It will also include 37,000 sqft of retail space. As for a construction timeline, it will be done in phases which are expected to last around six years.
