Hyde Park Senior Housing Project Approved
The Boston Planning Board has approved the redevelopment of The William Barton Rogers School in Hyde Park. The historic school building will be transformed into 75 senior mixed-income housing units. 50 units will be deed-restricted affordable units for households earning up to 60% of Area Median Income. The project will also include15 surface parking spaces and an auditorium/cinema space.
