Construction to Begin on Approved LGBTQ Senior Housing Development in Hyde Park
An alteration permit valued at $30.9 million has been issued to 15 Everett Street in Hyde Park, kicking off an affordable senior housing development project. has been selected by the City of Boston to redevelop the William Barton Rogers Middle School in Hyde Park. Named "The Pryde" plans call for 74 affordable senior housing units in the first LGBTQ-friendly housing development in New England.
