LSI Companies Inc. at $28.6 Million for 110,000 Sq. Ft. Brokers the Largest Lee County Office Transaction in The Last Three Years
LSI Companies, Inc. brokered a 110,000± sq. ft. higher education facility in Fort Myers, FL, for $28,600,000. The property was acquired by Evangelical Christian School, Inc., from UDP Gemini One, LLC. The property is located at 4501 Colonial Blvd. & 4445 Winkler Ave., Fort Myers, FL 33966. The seller was represented by Justin Thibaut, CCIM, and Christi Pritchett, CCIM, of LSI Companies, Inc., and the buyer was represented by Randy Krise, CCIM, of Krise Commercial Group.
The property will be the future home of the Evangelical Christian School’s (ECS) new high school facility beginning in the 3rd quarter of 2024.
