Initial Demolition of 4061 North Broadway Finished
The previous one-story shopping center was demolished to make room for a new nine-story mixed-use development in Uptown. The new development will bring 12,000 SF of ground-level retail and 200 apartments on the floors above. This building will have five affordable units. Construction is slated to begin soon.
