Interior Demolition Underway on Watertown Labs, Named "The WELL"
Interior demolition is progressing on 705 Mount Auburn Avenue as retrofits the former office building for life science uses. Named the Watertown Exploratory Labs "The WELL", plans call for a two-story addition featuring square feet of Lab/R&D use when complete. The addition will increase the floor area by 26,985 square feet.
