Interior Demolition Underway on Watertown Labs, Named "The WELL"

Interior demolition is progressing on 705 Mount Auburn Avenue as

pro-btn
retrofits the former office building for life science uses. Named the Watertown Exploratory Labs "The WELL", plans call for a two-story addition featuring
pro-btn
square feet of Lab/R&D use when complete. The addition will increase the floor area by 26,985 square feet.
