Archer Towers Update 06/23/23

Interior Finishing Continues at Archer Towers

As the interior finishing process moves along for the 24-story, Archer Towers project in Jamaica, Queens, general contractor, Skycore Builders, has continued to add the remaining trim pieces to the building's nearly completed facade. Since our last update in March, the structure has also taken on a much more finished appearance with the recent dismantling of the construction elevators. Replaced by fresh glass and aluminum cladding, the elevators had clung to the side of the building for much of the duration of the project.

Developed by BRP Companies and designed by Studio V, the tower is set to contain  apartments, including 181 affordable housing units. It will also boast 20,000 square feet of tenant amenities.

In addition to residential space, Archer towers will have  square feet of retail and an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for  vehicles. The development totals over 540,000 square feet, and construction is expected to finish sometime this year.
