Interior Finishing Progresses for 26-Story Tower in DUMBO
As facade work wraps up, interior finishing is now well underway at 69 Adams Street; a topped-out, 26-story residential tower, located right next to the Manhattan Bridge in Brooklyn's DUMBO neighborhood.
Developed by , the building is set to contain apartment units, ranging in size from studio to two-bedroom configurations.
Plans also call for an unspecified amount of ground-floor retail space, as well as an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , 69 Adams Street stands feet tall and totals square feet. Construction is being carried out in-house by , under the name . Work is expected to finish this summer.
