Jacksonville Apartment Community Acquired for $78.15 Million
Nashville-based real estate firm Carter-Haston has acquired Avere Southside Quarter apartments in Jacksonville for $78.15 million. Carer-Aston acquired the property from Hines, Walker & Dunlop facilitated the transaction. The community offers 322 luxury apartments in Jacksonville. The one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments are spread across five four-story buildings. Community amenities include a clubhouse with private conference rooms, fitness center, resort-style pool with private cabana, and pet spa. The location is convenient retail, dining and entertainment venues. The Southside Quarter is a 110-acre master-planned development at the southwest intersection of I-295 and J.T. Butler Blvd. in Jacksonville’s Southside neighborhood.
