JBG Smith Proposes 800+ Unit Project on NoMa Site
JBG Smith has submitted plans for a 700,000+ square foot mixed-use development on the 1.5-acre site at 55 and 75 New York Avenue. The property currently is currently home to a McDonald’s and a three-story office building. The development would include 805 residential units along with over 30,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space including a penthouse-level restaurant/bar.
