JBG Smith Sells 75 New York Ave to McDonald's for $11.5M
JBG Smith has sold 75 New York Ave. NE to McDonald's USA LLC for $11,516,345. The developer won approval for a mixed-use project on the site and neighboring 55 New York Ave in 2021. Those plans called for over 750 residential units and 32,800 square feet of retail. JBG Smith did not reply to a request for comment on the transaction and the future of the development.
