Land Use Applications Filed for Jamaica Senior Living Development
Multiple land use applications have been filed by BG Sutphin LLC for their proposal to rezone 97-04 Sutphin Boulevard in Jamaica, Queens. These applications will facilitate a new senior affordable housing development with 177 units. The community facility would have a footprint of about 16,500 sqft. Currently, the project has not yet entered the public review stage, but it has been noticed by the NYC Department of City Planning.
