Large Residential Tower Proposed for Greenpoint
A 40-story mixed-use tower is being proposed by developer, for 16 Dupont Street in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. As part of the Greenpoint Landing masterplan, the building would contain residential units, and square feet of retail on the ground floor. The building will be designed by and total approximately square feet. The structure is also planned to have a cellar and an enclosed parking garage with enough space for vehicles. The proposed lot is currently vacant and permits have been filed in order to facilitate the project.
