Lenox Hill Residential Tower Trades for $419.5M

A 47-story residential tower, located at 265 East 66th Street in Manhattan's Lenox Hill neighborhood, has just been sold for $419.5 million. The structure was purchased by GO Partners from the previous owner, Solow Building Company, in a deal brokered by JLL.

Originally bearing the name "Solow Tower Apartments", it was designed by Gruzen & Partners and constructed in 1979. The building contains 301 rental apartments, offered in studio, one, and two-bedroom configurations.

Tenant amenities are located within a 5,300-square-foot penthouse, which features a heated indoor pool, a fitness center, and two outdoor sundecks.

265 East 66th Street stands 472 feet tall and totals approximately 425,000 square feet. With its highly desirable location on the Upper East Side, the structure provides fantastic views of the surrounding Manhattan skyline and nearby Central Park.
