Linden Industrial Property Trades for $49.5M
A single-story industrial building, located at 525 West Linden Avenue in Linden, New Jersey, has just traded hands for $49.5 million. The property was purchased by Bridge Industrial from the previous owners, the Corwin Family, in a deal brokered by The Blau & Berg Company.
Currently occupied by a semi-truck dealership, the 115,475-square-foot building was originally constructed in 1949. It features 19-foot interior ceiling clearances, 19 grade-level drive-in doors, a single loading dock door, and a 7,500-square-foot office component.
The structure sits on a 9.1-acre lot, which boasts a 5-acre parking area. Bridge Industrial is planning a capital improvement strategy for the property, which will consist of a full renovation and the creation of functional warehousing space inside the building. Following this renovation, the firm plans to begin leasing the asset out to tenants by the end of 2024.
