Linden Square Facelift Approved by Wellesley Design Board
Federal Realty Investment Trust received approval from the Wellesley Design Board to begin modernization construction at Linden Square. The project involves a facelift and modernization of the shopping plaza valued at $7,000,000 will include upgrades to building facades, outdoor seating, lighting, landscaping, and signage designed and implemented by HFA. Work is scheduled to begin in 2021 and last through 2022.
