Local Richmond Developer Buys Land For $1.3M With Plans For A Residential Tower
Plans are in the works for the Western Henrico neighborhood. A Richmond local developer has purchased a 6.7-acre lot of undeveloped land and wishes to rezone it to bring about 100 new apartment units to 711 Old Gaskins Rd. The apartments would also be later turned into condos. Stay tuned for more updates on this project.
