LOI Filed for 600+ Units at 75 Morrissey Blvd
A letter of intent has been filed by Center Court Mass for two-residential towers at 75 Morrissey Boulevard in Dorchester. The towers would be 15 & 17 stories tall and include up to 608 residential units. The developer also owns the neighboring Star Market parcel and the Beasley Media Group building with plans for additional phases of development to include over 1,000 housing units along with retail and parking.
