Lurin Acquires South St. Petersburg Apartment Community
Lurin, a Dallas-based multi-family investment, development and management company, has acquired The Morgan in the Pinellas Point section of south St. Petersburg. The acquisition expands Lurin’s reach in Florida, the company has owned and operated 24 assets in the state across five markets Tampa/ St. Pete, Fort Myers, Panama City, Fort Walton Beach, and Pensacola. Formerly the Park at Treviso, the name was changed to The Morgan. The pet friendly community features 304 one, two and three-bedroom apartment units ranging in size from 663 to 1,371 square feet. Community amenities include two pools with sun decks, outdoor grills and picnic area, clubhouse, fitness center, business center. Lurin has plans to renovate the community, which was built in 1972.
