Luxury Apartment Project Breaks Ground in Harlem
General contractor, , has broken ground on an 8-story, residential project, at 1975 Madison Avenue in Harlem. Developed by , it will contain luxury apartments (including 30 affordable housing units), offered in one and two-bedroom configurations.
Tenant amenities are to include a fitness center, a resident lounge, a rooftop with BBQ grills and seating areas, a private exterior courtyard, and a bicycle storage room. Plans also call for an enclosed parking garage. Designed by , the building will total square feet altogether. The project site spans square feet and sits at the corner of Madison Avenue and East 126th Street.
