Interior finishing is ongoing for the new 22,0000 square foot office/lab building at 900 Winter Street in Waltham. The building will be occupied by global biopharmaceutical company Alkermes, whose current facility is also located on the Reservoir Woods Campus at 852 Winter Street. The new building will enable the company to expand both its research and development capabilities and accommodate its growing staff. Construction is expected to be complete sometime this year.

Framing Progressing for Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport
Framing continues on the upcoming Omni Seaport Hotel with the first set of windows going in at the corner of Summer & D Streets for what will be one of two towers connected by the three-story podium. The 1,055 room hotel will also include 120,000 square feet of meeting space plus an underground tunnel connecting the hotel to the Convention Center across the street. Construction is expected to last through 2021.

Cranes are in place and framing is set to begin for The Mark at DeNormandie Wharf in East Boston.
The waterfront mixed-use development will feature 107 condominium residences with over 6,500 square feet of ground-floor publicly-accessible waterfront work share space. Resident amenities at The Mark are set to include a 5,045 square foot private elevated courtyard with grilling areas, fitness and wellness spaces, lounge areas and small, programmable function spaces. HCP, Inc. has acquired the Alewife Research Center in Cambridge from The Davis Companies for $332.5 million.
The property features a 223,000 square foot state-of-the-art laboratory building located across from the Alewife MBTA Red Line station. Alewife Research Center features flexible research and development office space with amenities including a two-story lobby, a fitness center, conference/meeting areas, and an employee lounge.

With the concrete cores on the site climbing, framing has also started for the upcoming Omni Hotel in Boston's busy Seaport. The 1,055 room hotel will feature the city's largest ballroom and a 4th-floor pool deck that will allow guests to host year-round events featuring views of the Boston skyline. The luxury hotel will also offer guests access to the Mokara Spa, a state of the art fitness center, and numerous dining options including a French brasserie & boulangerie. The Omni Seaport is set to open in early 2021.
