Luxury Condo Tower Completes on Lower East Side
General contractor, , has wrapped up construction on a 28-story, residential tower, at 222 East Broadway on Manhattan's Lower East Side.
Developed by Optimum Asset Management, and designed by , the structure stands feet tall and totals square feet. It contains luxury condo units, with high-quality interiors designed by Paris Forino. Units will be offered in a variety of sizes, ranging from studios to four bedrooms.
Spanning nearly 14,000 square feet, tenant amenities are to include a fitness center, a yoga studio, a swimming pool, a tenant lounge, a screening room, and a private park (totaling 6,700 square feet), with BBQ stations and a playground.
