Luxury Hotel Sells for $106.9M in SoHo

A 12-story hotel tower, located at 60 Thompson Street in Manhattan's SoHo neighborhood, has just been sold for $106.9 million. The structure was purchased by Standard International from the previous owner, Sixty Hotels (Sixty Collective), in a deal brokered by JLL.

Originally constructed in 1999, it totals 56,000 square feet and is currently branded as "Sixty SoHo" (this name will likely change under the new ownership).

Sixty SoHo contains 97 guest rooms, offered in multiple sizes, ranging from studios to loft suites.

In terms of guest amenities, the hotel features a fitness center, and a rooftop bar, known as "A60". Situated outside, A60 offers panoramic views of Manhattan.

The hotel also boasts a french style sit-down restaurant, called "Bistrot Leo", and an elegant cocktail lounge known as "Butterfly", which offers classy music and high-end drinks in a sophisticated, yet playful setting.
