M Tower Developers Release Updated Construction Date
On November 21 the FAA approved two tower cranes rising 705 feet above the ground for the 57-story building site. Developers also revealed that they had invested an additional $3.2 million in design and entitlements work since their last presentation and with a recent utility agreement the project shows that it will now offer 675 apartments, and 10,411 square feet of retail.
Due to a new Miami building official, they are no longer permitting a separate foundation permit so now a full master permit and vertical permit will be required. This will cause a setback with the construction start date which is now estimated for September, three months later than planned.
