Malden/Melrose Multifamily Portfolio Trades for $25M
A group of multifamily properties in Malden & Melrose have traded for a combined $25,250,000. The portfolio includes The Fellsgate at 525 Highland Ave which sold for $6,975,000, and the Avalon at 120 Summer St. which traded for $2,925,000. The Normandy along West Wyoming Ave in Melrose sold for $15,350,000. In total, the portfolio features 92 apartments.
