Marcus Partners Acquires MD Industrial Property
Marcus Partners has acquired the Muirkirk Business Center in Beltsville, Md from Bristol Capital. The 6.6-acre site features 2 industrial buildings totaling over 120,00 square feet. “This acquisition is an exciting milestone for our team given our conviction in the strength of the industrial sector and within the Washington D.C. Metro area as a whole,” said Andrew Dolinsky, Principal at Marcus Partners.
