Marine Terminal Parcel 6 Financed for $16.23 Million
Massport Marine Terminal Parcel 6 in South Boston has been Financed for $16,236,400 Million via Peoples United Bank and CDC New England.
The site is approved for construction of a 220,000-square-foot seafood processing complex that would provide separate facilities for two to three expanding seafood companies. Facilities would be seafood company-owned; the first facility would be built for Boston Sword & Tuna, which has outgrown its’ existing space at nearby 8 Seafood Way.
