About Massport Marine Terminal (MMT) Parcel 6
Located within the Seaport District's Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park, this approved 220,000-square-foot seafood processing complex would provide separate facilities for two to three expanding seafood companies.
Facilities would be seafood company-owned; the first facility would be built for Boston Sword & Tuna, which has outgrown its’ existing space at nearby 8 Seafood Way.
Adjacent to the seafood processing complex would be a 300-car mixed-use parking structure with a public seafood market and seafood industry multi-tenant space on the ground floor. Additional surface parking would be located on site. Buildings would vary in height from 30 to 44 feet. The development would provide opportunity for up to 150 permanent new marine jobs.
