Massive 8 Building Development Moves Through Approval Process in East Hartford
Concourse Park, named for Pratt and Whitney's role in the city's history, is an 8-building development. The 8 building plans call for 439 units, in studio to three-bedroom configurations. Residents will also have access to plenty of amenities from a dog park to a complete gym and pool. It recently received commission approval for a critical zoning change to a planned development district, and will now continue going through the approval process, facing the wetlands commission next. Construction could start as soon as this fall with a projected completion date of 2024.
