Miami-Dade Water & Sewer Department Finalizes Utility Deals for 5 Major Projects 

 The following projects were given utility agreements on November 30th:

1. LIVWRK Wynwood (2400 N Miami Ave) will feature 542 apartments, over 60,000 sqft of office space, over 8,000 sqft for a fast-food restaurant, 14,046 sqft for a take-out restaurant, over 6700 sqft of retail space and 3,063 sqft for a gym/fitness space. The connection fee is estimated at $653,907.51. There’s also a Biscayne Basin Sanitary Sewer Special Connection Charge of $396,647.76.

2. Parterre 42 (220 NE 43rd St) will feature 323,320 sqft of office space, 38,5000 sqft for a full-service restaurant, 32,000 sqft of retail space, and 17,000 sqft for a gym/fitness center. The connection fee is estimated at $400,058.67. There’s also a Biscayne Basin Sanitary Sewer Special Connection Charge of $242,667.92.

3. 1900 Biscayne (1900 Biscayne Blvd) will feature 872 apartments, 7,607 square feet of full-service restaurant space, and 7,607 square feet of retail space. The connection fee is estimated at $856,261.02. There’s also a Biscayne Basin Sanitary Sewer Special Connection Charge of $519,391.52.

4. Casa Bella by B&B Italia (1400 Biscayne Blvd) will feature  319 residential units and 4,585 square feet of full-service restaurant space. The connection fee is estimated at $227,894.97. There’s also a Biscayne Basin Sanitary Sewer Special Connection Charge of $138,236.72.

5. Port Aventura (2785 NE 185th St) will feature 204 apartments and 170 hotel rooms. Due to a credit, there is no gallonage increase estimated, resulting in no connection charge.
