Miami's First-Ever Supertall Issued Foundation Permit
Property Markets Group has been issued construction permits to begin foundation work on the highly anticipated Waldorf-Astoria Hotel and Residences in Miami. This is the first time in Miami's history that a supertall has been permitted to begin construction.
Located at 300 Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami Waldorf Astoria Hotel and Residences will be Miami's first supertall skyscraper. Rising 100 floors with an attached 10-story parking structure, the project is planned to include a restaurant, retail, and office space along with 360 condominiums and a 205-room hotel.
