Midtown Office Tower Trades for $320M
A 40-story office tower, located at 1330 Avenue of the Americas in Midtown, Manhattan, has just been sold for $320 million. The structure was purchased by Empire Capital Holdings from the previous owners, RXR Realty and Blackstone, in a deal brokered by Eastdil Secured.
Designed by Emery Roth & Sons, the tower was constructed in 1965 and later received an extensive renovation in 2007. It contains square feet of office space.
In addition to office space, the building has square feet of ground-floor retail space, as well as an enclosed, sub-surface parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
Altogether, 1330 Avenue of the Americas totals square feet and stands feet tall.
