Mixed-Use Development Planned in Tampa Heights
Chicago-based developer Tandem has plans for a new development that would bring 248 apartments and nearly 10,000 square feet of retail space to Tampa Heights, just north of downtown Tampa. Located at the intersection of West Columbus Drive and North Tampa Street, the development is less than two miles from downtown Tampa and close to the intersection of I-275 and I-4. The developer plans to work on the design in 2023 with construction expected to begin in early 2024.
