Mixed-Use Development Planned on Site of Twin City Mall in North Palm Beach
Developers are planning a mixed-use development on the site of the mostly vacant Twin City Mall in North Palm Beach. Village Place is a proposed mixed-use development that would offer 947 multifamily units, 206 senior living residences along with 222 hotel rooms and 131,000 square feet of retail space. The 14-story project will be completed in three phases. Construction is expected to begin in 2025.
