Mixed-Use Project in Estero Gains Approval
The Estero planning, zoning and design board approved a new mixed-use development. Downtown Estero will consist of three multi-story buildings with 100 living units in each building. Two of the buildings will be mixed-use with 5,000 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor. The community amenities will be contained in the third building. Community amenities include a pool area, public parks, and pickleball courts.
