Mixed-use redevelopment proposed for Home for Little Wanderers property in Roslindale
Alinea Capital Partners proposes to redevelop the 2.58-acre Home for Little Wanderers property, located at 780 American Legion Highway in Roslindale, into two buildings containing housing, office space and a clinical health facility. A total of 120 apartment residences would be constructed, including 98 mixed-income units and 22 units of supported housing for youth aging out of the State’s foster care system. The development would also include new office space for the Home for Little Wanderers, and new clinical facilities for the Dimock Street Neighborhood Health Center. Alinea has filed a Letter of Intent (LOI) to develop the property with the City of Boston, starting the project’s official review process.
