Mixed-Use Tower Planned in Brickell
A planning application has been filed for a mixed-use tower that would rise 57 stories in the Brickell section of Miami. Calle 8 would offer 464 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom residential units along with one penthouse and retail space. Two plans have been submitted, one would include a multi-level concert hall, the other calls for a multi-story retail complex with a department store or other retail vendor. The plans include 467 parking spaces on 11 levels, co-working space on the 12th level and amenities on the 33rd, 35th, 36th, and 37th levels. The pool deck would be on the 35th level.
