MRP Realty Breaks Ground on First Phase of Northwest One Project
MRP Realty has officially broken ground on the first phase of the Northwest One development on the site of the former Temple Courts Public Housing community. This first building will include 220 units along with an outdoor courtyard and 83 parking spaces. In total, the 3 phase project will offer around 750 residential units, with over 500 designated affordable.
