MRP Realty Submits Plans for Nearly 600 Unit Project in Alexandria
MRP Realty has submitted a development concept plan for a roughly 800,000 square foot mixed-use project at 3811-825 Mount Vernon Avenue. Plans call for the demolition of the 2 existing retail buildings on the site and the construction of 2 mixed-use buildings and a 706 space above-grade parking structure. The project would feature 593 residential units and around 23,332 square feet of retail.
