New 39 Unit, 6-Story Mixed-Use Building Proposed for Roslindale Village
Arx Urban submitted a small project review application to the BPDA detailing a new 6-story residential and commercial building for Roslindale Village next to the Massachusetts RMV. Designed by RODE Architects, the mixed-use building will contain 39 residential units ranging from studios to two-bedrooms with 4,568 SF of ground-level retail space.
Amenities include 300 indoor spaces for bike storage, a theatre on the basement level, and a 20-foot public plaza facing Washington Street.
