New Apartment Community in Port Charlotte Gains Approval
The Charlotte County Commissioners have approved plans for a new apartment community in Port Charlotte. Livano Charlotte Harbor will offer 333 one-, two-, and three-bedroom market rate apartments. The community, on a 22-acre site, will consist of seven four-story buildings. Community amenities will include a resort-style pool, clubhouse with a kitchen for catering events, fitness center, game room, co-working space and pet center. The development will also include retail and commercial businesses on an additional seven acres with frontage alon U.S. 41.
