New Condominium Development Coming to Downtown St. Petersburg
St. Petersburg-based developer NJR Investment and Development Company NJR Investments is planning a new condominium building in downtown St. Petersburg. Aerie on 3rd will offer 36 residential units. The one-, two-, and three-bedroom units will range in size from 749 to 1,665 square feet. The five-story building will be constructed on a .34-acre site. Community amenities will include a dog park, fitness center and lounge area. Construction is expected to start in May 2024 with completion anticipated in Summer 2025.
