New Echo Suites Coming to Kissimmee
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has signed Gulf Coast Hotel Management, Inc. to develop a new Echo Suites in Kissimmee, Florida. The development received conceptual site plan approval in December from Osceola County’s Development Review Committee. The four-story 124-key hotel will be located with Lake Wilson Village. The single- and two-queen suites with kitchens will average 300 square feet. Hotel amenities include a lobby, guest laundry and fitness center. The hotel will be constructed on a 2.2-acre site that will be subdivided from a 9.15-acre site.
