New Hotel Proposed in Tampa
A permit request has been filed for a new hotel and office in Tampa that will offer 124 rooms and 36,600 square feet of office space. The four-story HomeTowne Studios by Red Roof Inn @ Sitka Street will rise on a 4.95-acre site along the Veterans Expressway in Tampa. The 36,600-square foot, four-story office building going up on the site will serve as the corporate headquarters for DHRUV Development, the developer of the property. The location is near office and industrial parks as well as shopping and dining.
