New Logistics Center Planned in Port Manatee

Developers are planning a new logistics center in Port Manatee that will bring over 440,000 square feet of space. Located in north Manatee County, the Port Manatee Logistics Center provides excellent connectivity to the established and growing population centers of the Gulf Coast and Central Florida. Under 20 miles to St. Petersburg, 40 miles to Tampa, 60 miles to Lakeland, and 100 miles to Orlando and Ft. Myers, the location allows tenants to reach these growing MSA’s in under 1.5 hours. With over 2,000 linear feet of exposure on US41, PMLC provides quick and easy access to several major Florida trucking and shipping routes, less than one mile from Port Manatee, 2.1 miles (3-minutes) from I-275, 3.5 miles from I-75, 8.4 miles from US301 and 38 miles from I-4. The buildings are purposefully designed to accommodate users from ~15,000 SF to ~200,000 SF. Upon delivery in 2024, PMLC will be the only Class-A light industrial space in the entire Port Manatee submarket.
