New Mixed-Use Development Proposed in Miami
Developer Pacific Star has filed an application for the construction of a new mixed-use development on the site of a Denny’s Restaurant on Biscayne Boulevard in Miami. The 18-story tower in would offer 175 one- and two-bedroom apartment units ranging from 680 to 2,290 square feet. In addition, plans call for seven penthouses and more than 12,000 square feet of amenities on the fifth floor, which would include a pool deck. Along with the residences, the development would include26,386 square feet of retail space which would include a ground floor grocery store. The Denny’s restaurant that is currently on the site would be demolished. The 1.17-acre site is just south of I-95 and close to the Design District.
